In April 2026, ‘Open Book’ had its theatrical premiere at the NYU Sports Film Festival. The 6th annual festival kicked off with Mike Tolin’s ‘Unraveling George’ and Fresh Focus Sports ‘Open Book. This film took about 5 years to make from when we first filmed with Book to completion, so for Book to have his redemption story on the big screen in New York made it well worth the effort.
